Mysterious Lotus Casebook: What If Li Lianhua Turned Evil?

Li Lianhua vanished after jumping into the sea, his fate unknown. Later, his shiniang found him and detoxified him, giving him five more years to live. Three years later, after he left the mountain, Shan Gudao used a scheme to lure him out. In an extreme situation, Li Lianhua reunited with Fang Duobing, only to be poisoned again and controlled by the Heartless Locust puppet technique. Fang Duobing didn't know Li Lianhua was under its control and was accidentally injured, nearly dying. Di Feisheng's provocation finally jolted Li Lianhua awake. The three reunited and joined forces to investigate Shan Gudao and Jiao Liqiao's plot to restore their kingdom. In the end, the villains' conspiracy was exposed, and peace returned to the land...

Who is the mysterious figure in black?

Why did Shan Gudao and Jiao Liqiao die, only to mysteriously come back to life?

Most of the time, Li Lianhua's puppet technique leaves him in a normal state. It only acts up when the plot calls for it.
