The author Ding Yongwei must be an experienced person, and the content in the book is both professional and easy to understand. I especially like the part about cost control, which is very helpful for running a restaurant. However, I kind of hate the character who always makes miscalculations, haha, it feels so unprofessional. Overall, this is a highly recommended book!
