A Concubine’s Daily Life

[Rebirth + historical romance + palace intrigue and household drama + slice of life]

Xu Songling has been reborn. In her previous life, after defeating so many concubines in the household, she was the first to conceive Liang Xiao's child, only to suffer a mysterious premature and difficult labor and die in childbirth.

This time, she wants no more household intrigue. She'll be a docile concubine, serve the principal wife, and keep herself safe. Most important of all, she must find the older sister who disappeared in her previous life and save her younger brother from being harmed.

Then one day, news arrives from the palace: her sister has become one of the emperor's consorts. Xu Songling is stunned, unsure what to do next.

Another day, Auntie Hua, who had secretly been involved with a monk in her previous life, wakes up with a completely different personality.

Auntie Zhu, who had taken drugs in her previous life and given birth to a deformed child, has also lost interest in Liang Si...

Xu Songling suddenly understands: everyone has come back. If all the concubines have no interest in household intrigue, why not compete to make their husband work harder? Since he has taken a wife and concubines, he ought to work hard. How can he be the head of the household if he doesn't earn money for his wife and concubines to spend?

Liang Xiao: “What a miserable life. I was a carefree playboy, but my formidable wife and concubines are chasing me around, demanding that I get my act together...”

As the days pass, Xu Songling gradually realizes that some things seem a little different from what she remembers of her previous life...
