The story of a world-weary man caught up in the murky martial world, with no choice but to go along with its currents. (The male lead is highly intelligent and surrounded by admirers, but never gives his heart to anyone.) What happens in the martial world stays in the martial world. However many demons and monsters lurk there, one sword will cut them down. If one sword isn't enough, have some wine. Good wine. Once you're drunk, you'll come to your senses.
