Criminal Law Tutorial

The compilation of this textbook adopts the progressive level of "problem (case) - understanding (legal theory) - application (case analysis and processing)", focusing on the training of students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and cultivate students' criminal law enforcement ability, litigation participation ability and criminal legal service ability. In terms of content arrangement, it is necessary and sufficient, with the main and core content of the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" as the main body, and appropriate citations of criminal judicial interpretations and criminal judicial documents, focusing on incorporating new achievements in criminal law teaching, criminal law theoretical research and criminal judicial practice, while also taking into account the integrity of the criminal code. The preparation of the general principles of criminal law highlights the basic concepts, basic principles, basic systems and common practical issues. For the criminal law sub-principles, each chapter selects a number of key and common crimes to give a more comprehensive introduction from four aspects: concepts, constituent elements, judicial determination and criminal liability. In order to maintain the integrity of the criminal law sub-principles system, other crimes are also briefly introduced, and relevant judicial interpretations that have been issued are also specified to facilitate readers' search and learning.
