The book explains the high-frequency words very thoroughly, and also provides targeted exercises, which made me learn them very efficiently. I particularly like the vocabulary practice section, which helps me master vocabulary quickly. Moreover, the editor-in-chief, Ms. Liu Hong, is also very powerful and has studied the exam thoroughly. In short, this is a very practical book, recommended to everyone!
