This book is very practical! It combines criminal law theory and practical issues and conducts in-depth research on cutting-edge issues in general criminal law. The content of the book is systematic and comprehensive, and parts such as the composition of crime, reasons for obstruction, special forms and penal theory are written in detail. The writing is concise, clear and easy to understand. It reminds me of Zhang Mingkai's "Criminal Law", which also has this pragmatic style. Very helpful for those who study criminal law!
