In order to meet the future English professional literacy needs of normal school students, each unit is based on reading and is interspersed with English classes to organize English, English nursery rhymes, tongue twisters, basic knowledge of English pronunciation, English practical writing knowledge, English speech, English rhetoric and other knowledge, truly embodying: oriented to the actual use of English, focusing on cultivating students' English application ability. The writing style is also very concise and easy to understand. I especially like the practical writing knowledge and English speech sections, which are very helpful for improving my English ability. However, I kind of hated some of the exercises in the book, they felt too boring. Overall, it is a good reference book for English learning.
