The writing style of this book is very real and the writing style is also very good. The stories in the book seemed to make me see my own shadow. I especially like the growth experiences of the new teachers in the book. I am very inspired by their persistence and hard work. However, I kind of hate the dean who always makes things difficult for new teachers. I hope I won't meet such a person in the future. Overall, this is a very enlightening book and worth reading.
