I Streamed Myself Into Trouble in the Backrooms

[The Backrooms + adventure + lighthearted comedy + a touch of wish fulfillment + livestreaming + romance]

Su Cheng was just an obscure office drone when she unexpectedly ended up in the Backrooms, with a livestreaming System beneath her. From then on, she set out to reach the top as Entity #1.

She travels to "Heaven," meets the Skeleton Queen, and deals with Argos and Blanche...

Using skill buffs and items she gets from draws, she enjoys free trips around the Backrooms (nope) and struggles to survive (yep).

She says, "All this effort is so I can slack off properly in the future. ()"

But could it really be that simple?

This is a story woven from love and hate, hope and despair.

And at the end of that story...

"...It all began because of you, and it will also end by your hand..."

The heroine, Su Cheng, is carefree and playful, but kindhearted (?). She knows a little about the Backrooms and loves making friends there (nope) and stirring up trouble (yep).

The hero, Si Wuling, is fit and nimble, but in the Backrooms he's only useful as a bodyguard, an inconspicuous extra. (

The whole story is absurd and has shaky logic, so please don't overthink it. It takes place in the Backrooms, mostly the W version, with a little of the F version and the K and A versions from videos. Some parts have been added or changed by the author; those will be noted. This isn't a hardcore Backrooms survival story. It focuses more on introducing and expanding the main levels, so if that doesn't suit you, run now. This story came about on a whim, so it will have plenty of holes. Readers, feel free to reply with any additional information.
