[No CP, no rebirth, no cheats, no System, no harem]
[Not a power fantasy, not mindless, no reckless nonsense]
As everyone knows, zombies are the apocalypse, and the numbers are like a game.
Not everyone knows that when someone tries to alter the course of the world, things are bound to go wrong.
If one day monsters from your wildest fantasies suddenly appeared in your world, how would you react?
If one day, humanity's animal friends all went berserk: gigantic dogs, an all-powerful cat king straight out of reality, flying fish that can kill you three thousand times over, and so on...
In an apocalyptic game, which matters more: stats or skill?
The brawler: Obviously, stats.
The pro gamer: Skill beats everything, obviously.
Us: I want both. (Smirks.)
What kind of story would unfold if an all-around guy with some innate “three-no” traits were forced to take part in a game that was fated to happen?
What happens when every rule in a game is designed to screw over the players, and the creator has set the enemies' stats by pulling numbers out of their ass?
This is a story that's serious and not serious at the same time. It's a fairly long, slow-burn story, with a somewhat complex mix of elements and a little attention to detail in its worldbuilding.
A trial run written in a burst of inspiration.
To be continued. Stay tuned.
