When Strange Beasts Descend, I Get the Myriad Beasts Compendium System

Casual blurb: A peaceful life is interrupted by an invasion of strange beasts. Chen Yuan is an orphan who's afraid to die, but he unexpectedly obtains the Myriad Beasts Compendium System. At last, he steels himself to sacrifice his life and win humanity a slim chance of survival, only for the System to tell him: The systems you used before were all fake. This one is the real golden finger.

Chen Yuan, standing nearby: System, thank your whole family for me!

Serious blurb: When animals start going berserk and attacking humans, when unknown rain keeps falling, and when the world is no longer the one people know, will you fight to the death or simply await your slaughter?
