To find out what happened to his missing father, Lin Yun sets off with his girlfriend, Li Xue, and his good friend Su Daqiang to search for clues at the site of the ancient Loulan Kingdom, where his father disappeared. Along the way, they’re coerced by Liu Ermazi, the leader of a tomb-raiding gang, into helping him find the entrance to the Tomb of the Loulan King. They encounter the eerie ghost-wall illusion, a gigantic and sinister corpse-scented konjac, a terrifying giant man-faced spider that devours humans, and an eight-winged silver-backed centipede. After narrowly escaping one danger after another, they gradually uncover a little-known chapter of history and find out what happened to Lin Yun’s father.
