The "Yin Fu Jing" is mainly interpreted based on the meaning of inner elixir. Zhang Qingye believes that the previous interpretation of "Yin" in "Yin Fu Jing" as "Dark" is wrong, and "Yin" means "Shi". He proposed that the purport of the "Yin Fu Jing" is all in the four words "know how to cultivate when the time moves". "Time movement" refers to the time when heaven and man come together. At this critical moment between the innate and the acquired, between the sacred and the mortal, if we can seize the opportunity and use the murderous intention of nature to return the acquired to the innate, it will be the beginning of the foundation of all transformations. And "knowing it" means knowing the motivation at this time, and "cultivation" means performing the work in time when the maneuver occurs, so as to achieve the path of permanent attainment.
