This book "Health Essentials" is very good! The health care knowledge mentioned in it is very practical, such as Tianwang Buxin Dan and Ginseng Guben Pills, which are very helpful for regulating the body. It reminds me of the "Huangdi Neijing", which is also a similar Chinese medicine health book. The discussion about the heart and kidneys in the book seems to be somewhat related to what Jia Baoyu said in "Dream of Red Mansions" that "daughters are flesh and blood made of water"~ In short, this book is worth reading!
