Sunset in the Old Alley

The plot of this book is real and vivid, which made me deeply feel the cruelty of the gap between the rich and the poor in society. The delicate description of the lives of the poor in the book made me feel as if I was actually there. Especially seeing them struggling to live in the cold wind, I couldn't help but worry about their fate. As for the "nobles" who live in gray tile houses, although their status is slightly higher, it is only relative. I like the portrayal of human nature in the book, which is real and profound, and it gave me a deeper understanding of that era. Recommended to friends who like realistic works.
