The End of Time

It was a creature whose flesh was rotting all over. It looked as though it had once been human. Its limbs and torso were stitched together with wormlike threads, twitching from time to time. At the place where its heart should have been, blood vessels were twisted together, densely wrapped around an object.

Its head had only seven holes, black as pitch, like entrances to the abyss of hell.

People crave and long for what lasts, but only heaven and earth endure.
