This book contains a total of nineteen lectures, mainly divided into three parts: the first part is about the great power game: theory and reality, the second part is about the future world economy and the fragmentation of globalization, and the third part is about China's strategic countermeasures under the double impact. The last lecture, in the appendix, contains for the first time in text form a speech titled "National Destiny and Personal Destiny" delivered by the author at the graduation ceremony of the School of Economics and School of Finance of Jilin University at the end of June 2018. This speech has received more than 10 million hits at home and abroad so far. It was not long after Trump launched the Sino-US trade dispute. Some people disagreed with the author's judgment on the nature and trend of Sino-US relations. However, the reality of the development of Sino-US relations over the past three years shows that these judgments are basically accurate.
