Key Technologies and Applications for the Preparation of Mung Bean Immunoactive Peptides

This book uses mung bean peptide (Mw＜1000 Da, content 96%) as raw material, using macrophages of the body's innate immune system as a model, combined with chromatographic technology and spectroscopy technology, to study the relationship between the structure of mung bean peptides and their immune activity, and to find out the molecular weight, amino acid sequence and key components of mung bean peptides with higher immune activity; and then study the effects of mung bean peptides on RAW264.7 Cells and mouse peritoneal macrophage cytokines. And the expression of related signaling pathway genes to find out the key factors for the immune activity of mung bean peptide; establish a mouse model of immunocompromised mice caused by cyclophosphamide to explore the natural immune activity of mung bean peptide on immunocompromised mice and related immune signaling pathways to reveal the mechanism by which mung bean peptide activates macrophages and exerts non-specific immunity, and elucidates the high immune activity of mung bean peptide from a mechanistic perspective.
