Everyone, Sit Down for This Fox Lord!

A strong heroine and a strong hero. The heroine is a fox. The hero? Take a guess.

They say you can’t become a spirit after the founding of the nation. Well, this fox spirit became one before then, so surely I’m allowed to live on, right?! What?! You want to dissect me? No way. I’ll just have to put on another secret identity.

Hmph! Everyone should be calling me Grandma Fox. But this little fellow is exactly my type.

Wait, why can you see through my true form? I’d better bring you home to be safe. Come along with Grandma Fox and enjoy the good life!

She grabs him and races back to her den. Behind her, the man smiles with refined elegance and obediently follows the fox into her den.

Who’s the one playing tricks on whom, and who comes out on top in the end? That’s for you to savor, and savor carefully.
