Bidding: A Rookie’s Struggle

The writing is very real, as if the author personally experienced it. Smoothly written, a great professional novel. The workplace is a vast world full of opportunities and challenges, and a stage for displaying personal talents and realizing dreams. In the workplace, we constantly challenge ourselves and break through the boundaries of our abilities. Every successful project delivery and every problem overcome are medals for growth. There is team collaboration here. Colleagues work hand in hand and work hard for a common goal. Each other's wisdom and strength converge into a powerful torrent, pushing the cause forward. The workplace is also the cradle for cultivating self-discipline and responsibility. We learn to plan our time reasonably, complete tasks efficiently, and be responsible for every detail of our work. This self-discipline and sense of responsibility make us more mature and reliable. More importantly, the workplace gives us the opportunity to realize our self-worth. We use the knowledge and skills we have learned to create value for the enterprise, and at the same time gain a sense of achievement and satisfaction. Here, dreams are no longer far away. As long as we have enthusiasm and perseverance, we can shine our own bright light in the starry sky of the workplace.

This book is based on real workplace experiences and has undergone certain artistic processing. All the things written in it can be found in real cases in real life. I had an impulse a long time ago to write down all the things I have experienced, but due to this laziness, I was unable to write for a long time. Except of course. In addition to this kind of laziness, I am worried that many of the contents are too real, and I have been thinking about the way these things are expressed, because I don't want a book to have any impact on my real life. I just hope to use it to record the years of my lost youth. I used to be a graduate with clear and stupid eyes full of hope for my future life. Maybe it was because of work pressure or life pressure that made me constantly break my own bottom line. Many times I am surprised that the boy I once was can never be found again! What's left is just a workplace veteran who can easily see through the true colors of all hypocrisy!

This book is very realistic: In addition to these common methods, I also learned some extraordinary methods. For example, one time I jointly set up a game with a channel boss and trapped a key person of the customer. And the methods used were very covert. I disguised everything as accidental, and the reasons for accidental were very good. When I personally came out to get this person out of the situation, he was so grateful to me that he almost knelt down in front of me. It's hard to imagine an old man crying with runny nose and tears saying that he wants to worship me. From now on, he will do whatever I say and he will accept me as his big brother. Although I tried my best to comfort him at the time, I couldn't stop laughing inside because the other party didn't know that I had collaborated with others to do this. And it's funny to think about a man in his 50s who wants to recognize someone younger than his son as his elder brother. And with this bureau, I also successfully opened up an extremely important customer that we have never been involved in before.

I have to say that the novel is very good. The plot is close to life and not too artificial. It is my favorite type. This book shows real and complex interpersonal relationships through various experiences in the workplace. The difficulties and challenges the protagonist encounters in the workplace seem like things we ourselves might experience. The nights spent working overtime on projects, the overt and covert struggles with colleagues, and the helplessness when facing pressure from bosses are all vividly depicted. In order to complete an important project, the protagonist stayed up late working for several weeks. He was physically and mentally exhausted, but he still persevered. When faced with the unscrupulous competition from his colleagues for promotion, the protagonist stuck to his principles and dealt with it skillfully. The author's understanding of workplace rules is profound and unique. It is not a rigid preaching, but is displayed naturally through vivid plots. Every time the protagonist makes a decision, it makes people feel the same, as if they themselves are involved in it. In the process of reading, you can not only feel the tension and excitement of the workplace, but also gain inspiration and thinking from it. It is not just a novel, but more like a practical workplace guide. While people can feel the charm of the story, it can also inspire their own career development. It really benefits people a lot.

I deeply love this novel for its close-to-life plot and profound social implications. Through the delicate portrayal of workplace characters, the novel shows various aspects of the workplace, allowing readers to find resonance and gain inspiration while reading. The author cleverly integrates competition, cooperation, contradictions and growth in the workplace into the story, making the whole story rich in layers and thought-provoking. Especially the description of the mental journey of newcomers in the workplace is both real and touching, allowing readers to feel the ups and downs of workplace life. In addition, the language of the novel is humorous and witty, making people feel a sense of relaxation and joy after stressful work. Overall, it is a workplace novel worth recommending. It not only provides readers with entertainment, but also conveys workplace wisdom.
