A grand gathering of the mystic sects, a family in decline, and a history buried beneath the surface.
It was nothing more than an ordinary passing encounter, but the gears of fate quietly began to turn. The story that was meant to be had already laid its first hidden clues.
Zhou Lixing met a boy who seemed completely nuts. The boy said three things that left him utterly stunned. First: “Your head is really bright!” Second: “You're really dark all over!” Third: “By seniority, you can call me your ancestor.”
Zhou Lixing: “...” Going crazy at such a young age really saves you seventy years of detours.
Looking at the boy who seemed to have just escaped from a psychiatric hospital, Zhou Lixing silently picked up the broom by the front gate. Then, playing the part of concerned citizen Mr. Zhou, he called the police.
But the next day, when he woke up, he found himself face-to-face with the crazy kid, their noses nearly touching.
Later, he learned that the bright glow above his head was golden merit light, the darkness around him was baleful energy, and the crazy kid... really was his ancestor, in every sense of the word.
Hahaha, as an author, there is nothing wrong with giving myself five stars~ Although this book is about supernatural beings, the ghosts are not scary at all. It uses more everyday language, not scary, and I feel warm about myself. The relationship between the two male protagonists is subtle, and everything seems to fall into place.
I followed the author's criminal investigation novel, but I didn't expect this one to be so interesting. I really like the author's writing style, which is relaxed and humorous. It feels like solving some difficult things can make a huge difference.
It's good to read. I read it from another book of Dada. Please keep up the good work! Woohoo, what a pity, there are relatively few people watching supernatural themes (T_T) It looks good, it looks good, I like it very much!
It's beautiful. I look forward to the author making up for it again.
