Great book, this is what psychology reading should be like. This is a very comprehensive book that introduces the Big Five Personalities. It introduces in detail the premise for the birth of the Big Five Personalities, the theoretical content, tests and theoretical flaws. The content is not boring, the theory is simple, and scientific data can be cited. The author combines the rigor of academic papers with popular science very well. It's rare to be able to speak out about the limitations of the Big Five personality (many psychology books I've read don't talk about this).

This book was interesting and made me think about my own personality. I especially like the part about the causes of personality in the book. It reminds me of my own upbringing and makes me understand the behavior of my family and friends better. I think everyone should read this book to understand themselves and others better.

My knowledge has improved, and the perspective is good. Recommended. They are all the essence of sages and wise men. It seems that there is a soul resonance with them. It also gave me a new perspective. The author writes very well and has strong logical thinking.

This book is relatively thick, but well worth reading. This book weaves psychology-related knowledge into a string from the perspective of personality, like a bright pearl necklace.

Very good, let people feel the charm of psychology

It is worthy of being a teacher's lecture notes. I can patiently read this book. I can understand the unclear explanations. I have no patience when reading other psychology books and feel that their writing is obscure. This one is well written.
