Back in the Mortal World, I Turned Out to Be My Own Beloved

Meng Shang, a Meng Po, was sent to the mortal world by the King of Hell when the Meng Po Soup stopped working. Her mission was to make Shen Qi fall in love with her, then abandon her. As they spent time together, Meng Shang fell in love with Shen Qi and decided to give up her mission and stay with him for three years. As the three-year deadline approached, Shen Qi cheated on her with his old flame. In her despair, Meng Shang remembered her past life and realized that the old flame had never existed. In both their past and present lives, Shen Qi had only ever loved her.
