"Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" Compiled Reading Book on Tort Liability

Tort liability is the legal consequences that civil subjects should bear for infringing the rights and interests of others, and it belongs to the basic civil legal system. In 2009, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed the Tort Liability Law.
