This book is very comprehensive and explains all common diseases very clearly. The writing style is also very simple, it feels like the doctor is chatting with you, making it easy to understand. Moreover, the author is experienced and the suggestions in the book are very practical. I think this book is very helpful for me as a mother who has just given birth. It has given me a deeper understanding of some diseases and how to prevent and take care of the health of my family. Recommended to other moms!
