Organic Chemistry Experiment

The book is mainly composed of five aspects: the first part is general knowledge of organic chemistry experiments, including laboratory rules, laboratory safety matters, introduction to commonly used laboratory equipment, etc.; The second part is organic chemistry experimental techniques, which mainly introduces the basic operational skills of organic chemistry experiments, measurement methods of physical constants of organic compounds, and separation and purification techniques of organic compounds. It also briefly introduces commonly used chromatography and spectroscopy techniques; the third part is basic experimental technology training and preparation practice of organic compounds. The experiment includes 10 basic experimental technology training experiments and 20 organic compound synthesis experiments. Each synthesis experiment is listed with 1 to 2 experimental plans. Most experiments are accompanied by micro-experimental plans for each institution to choose and use according to the actual situation. The fourth part is the natural organic compound extraction experiment, which lists 9 different types of natural organic compound extraction and separation experiment plans. The fifth part is the organic compound property experiment, including the element qualitative analysis experiment of organic compounds and the properties experiment of different functional groups.
