Suzuki Qing Feng, a branch-family member of the Suzuki clan and cousin of Suzuki Sonoko, is a genius athlete and a national-level karate competitor, formerly a badminton player. Less than six months after joining the team, she left the national team for health reasons, but remained active in competitions of all sizes even half a year later. At sixteen, she skipped three grades and said goodbye to her first love, Ushijima Wakatoshi, who was studying at Shiratorizawa Academy in Miyagi, before heading overseas alone to complete her education. She graduated early and returned home at eighteen. At the request of Ukai Keishin, a friend of her older brother Suzuki Kuangyou, she came to Miyagi's Karasuno High School volleyball team as an assistant coach. After returning home, she reunited with her first love, Ushijima Wakatoshi, and met some interesting younger players while traveling with the team for matches.
