How Do I Survive After Transmigrating into the Cultivation World?

Shen Yunwen is a timid girl, unaware of her formidable strength, with a rich inner world. (Later, she returns as Shenyu, the bloodthirsty God of War.) X Ye Fengxiu, an earnest, single-minded cultivation maniac in the early stages. (Later, he returns to his divine position as the Heavenly Profound Lord, Xiuyan.)

The fallen God of War, once feared for his slaughter, has been reincarnated as a sickly girl. When the gods learn of this, they devise a plan to restore the God of War to his divine position. With the war between the Demon Clan and the Celestial Realm on the brink of disaster, their former nemesis, the Demon Lord, must return.

Shen Yunwen is a sickly girl who spends her Sundays in a place filled with the smell of disinfectant. She longs to travel beyond its walls, see all kinds of beautiful scenery, and try all kinds of delicious food...

Then one day, someone claiming to be a System calls out to her. It says all her friends have been transported to another world by a force even it can't stop. And so Shen Yunwen decides to find her friends and bring them home.

The System says it will give her an ability, and she says:

“I want a healthy body.”

When she wakes up again, she has become a man.
