Old Mountains and Rivers

Proud, reserved, devoted girl Sui Xin × Bright, spirited boy Lin Yi

What is a secret crush? It’s knowing exactly where you are with just one glance, even when the playground is packed. It’s hearing someone say your name and always looking up before you do. It’s you glancing at me without a second thought, while I look back at you countless times. It’s every deliberate turn of my head, a way to hide the butterflies in my stomach. It’s not wanting to see you unhappy, yet feeling jealous when you’re too happy with someone else. It’s pretending not to care as I pass you with a blank expression, then quietly turning back to look.

Don’t worry, everyone. This may be a secret-crush story, but the author is the heroine’s biggest supporter. I absolutely won’t write a frustrating secret-crush story. Mwah!
