The Miaojiang Boy

"In the remote, far-off land of the Gu tribe, the Miao people use living humans to nourish Gu insects.

Inside the ceramic jars, there is nothing but swarms of black insects and human remains.

The practice of raising Gu has been passed down for centuries, harming countless people. From grandpas and grandmas in their nineties to children just seven or eight years old, everyone knows how to say:

[Playing with Gu? I'm good at that.]

I am a goddess from the divine realm, and the creator of this world.

The gods were enraged by the Gu tribe's cruelty and arrogance, and ordered me to descend to the mortal world and wipe them out.

I met a harmless-looking young man. He pretended to be obedient, luring me in step by step.

[Big sister, am I not allowed?]

A young man from southern Yunnan is best at bewitching people's hearts."
