A pair of red eyes gazed down at the earth from high above.
Everything around them shattered with a thunderous crash beneath their gaze.
Time and space splintered, and the land and rivers burst apart.
At that moment, a frail child wept on the earth. Everything around him was gone, and he sat alone upon the shattered ground.
Just as the earth split apart, a golden light enveloped the child and carried him to the end of time and space. Then he vanished, disappearing into the depths of this fractured realm.
