Tomb Raiding Memoirs: Stories Long Buried

Tomb Raiding + treasure appraisal + the supernatural. I dare say that 99 percent of people who write tomb-raiding novels have never raided a tomb, or even seen an ancient tomb. What kind of enormous tomb takes days to explore? Have some common sense. You'd die in there from lack of oxygen long before that. The most you've seen is what's in a museum. Do you know how thick a coffin lid is? Have you ever seen a huangchang ticou burial chamber? We don't make antiques; we're just the people who move them. I've never seen a zombie all these years, though I've encountered plenty of sinister things. Tomb raiding is a disreputable trade, and it's illegal! People like us are bound to run into trouble sooner or later. You ask if you can get rich quick? Sure, if you're lucky. Back then, my goal was to make 30 million and call it quits. Believe me or not, come listen to my story. I quit school after middle school, so my writing isn't great. Please bear with me. These are the stories of how people like us, with no proper training, scraped by back then. They're nothing to be proud of, but I think they're vivid and real.
