There was a female side character named Jian Tong or Yang something. Her older sister looked a lot like her. I think the female lead was called Xia Lin, and the male lead called her Mumu. She called him Teacher [his surname]. The male lead had short gray hair, and the female lead had long orange hair. The female lead had an illness and needed a bone marrow transplant, and the male lead turned out to be a match.
