Tomb Raiding: A Clear Banquet at West Lake

First-person narration, from the heroine's perspective. OOC warning; written at an elementary-school level.

No romance in the main story, just friendship and family bonds. There might be romance in the extras?

The heroine grows over time, and she might not stand out much at first. The author has limited ability, after all.

Synopsis below

I have a childhood friend a few years older than me. His family is unusual: they work in tomb raiding, and so does mine.

But our families never let our generation get involved in that line of work. I thought we'd live ordinary, uneventful lives. Then I had a sudden dream. No, it wasn't a dream; it was a parallel world. I discovered that we were characters in a book called The Grave Robbers' Chronicles. What's more, I had never appeared in the book at all. I wondered if I might be the biggest variable in its story. I thought of how some of the people in the book met their ends. I wanted to try to change things. I wanted everyone I knew to have a happy ending. So I entered the game that belonged to Wu Xie and the Nine Families.

I don't know how things will turn out, or what will happen to me.
