Common sense and knowledge are relative. As long as more and more people know a certain piece of knowledge, this knowledge will become common sense. This book is really good! It made me know a lot of common sense that I didn't know before, such as "a variety of foods, mainly cereals." I didn't know that cereals are so important to us! There is also the rationality of three meals a day. I never paid attention to breakfast before. After reading this book, I realized that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I feel like this book is like a caring friend, telling me many little secrets in life and helping me live a healthier life. I must recommend this book to my boyfriend and let him study it too! 😄
