My Beloved Is Far Away

[Mutual Secret Crush + White Moonlight + No Getting Back Together After Breaking Up + Angsty Romance, First Person]

He was just a northerner who came to Nancheng for a trip after finishing the college entrance exams. In the height of that summer, he carried my heart with him to the north.

He was destined to leave, yet I fell in love with him.

He once said that the snow in the north was beautiful, and promised to show me a snowfall there. He broke that promise twice.

The last time, I traveled north alone and saw the snow there.

[I went to see the second snowfall you stood me up for. I'll never go north again.]

[Xiao Huaixing, stay in the north. I've moved on.]

The worst thing in life is having a secret crush, and worse still, having a mutual crush without knowing it.

Of all the things I should never have done, the worst was falling in love with someone destined to leave.

The distance between north and south, the distance between us.

[Star, it's snowing in the south. I've moved on.]
