The Descent of the Domain

Why did the chant from the heavens above choose a young boy? Where will the stopped hands of the clock and the sand suspended in midair lead him? As another realm encroaches step by step, will he meekly live under someone else's roof, stumbling through life like a walking corpse and becoming nothing but nourishment? Or will he raise the banner of resistance, becoming blade after blade aimed at the other realm and reclaiming the lands that have fallen? In the game between beings of the highest order, even ants can face the sky, and even pawns can overturn the board. Will the domain energy that has awakened anew bring a grand salvation, or a catastrophic destruction?
