This is a sci-fi, fantasy, transmigration, unlimited-flow... novel with multiple male leads constrained by two male leads (whispering very quietly).
Ahem... That's not serious enough. Let this muddleheaded author get back on track:
On an unknown planet, a world consumed by the backlash of ultimate technology. The last survivors board a flight spanning tens of millions of light-years, hoping to escape the cage they built with their own hands to end everything.
When artificial intelligence surpasses all control, and the levels of every living being's emotions and desires can be quantified by "hormones," when all our memories may be nothing more than a dream pieced together and fabricated, what should we do?
"If one day,
all emotions are regulated by rational doses,
all life is bound by the will of others,
and even our meeting is no longer a miracle of fate, but the work of some invisible hand manipulating two puppets who don't even know it,
could we still love each other?"
The boy's face was calm as he gently touched the barrier before him, which stretched from the heavens to the earth. "His" voice came from an immensely distant place:
"Our meeting isn't just a path with an uncertain fate.
It's not a scheme controlled by someone else."
"His" voice suddenly burst into laughter.
"You have to understand, we have not only technology that doesn't seem like technology. What if we also have magic, or perhaps cultivation?"
The boy sprang to his feet. "I knew it! Wait for me. I'm coming to find you..."
(The writing is ridiculous, so please forgive me.)
