Based on the current "Basic Theory of Public Security Laws and Regulations", guided by the basic theories of modern police, taking the subject, object, and content of police behavior as the main line, it scans my country's ancient and modern police systems vertically, and radiates foreign and international police construction horizontally. It adheres to the combination of police theory and practice, constructs the police theoretical system from a macro perspective, and elaborates on the actual police law enforcement from a micro perspective, so as to unify the internal and external management of the police and meet the basic requirements for the modernization of my country's police legal system. The author of this book is Gao Wenying, a professor at the Law School of the Renmin University of China. He is a native of Beijing and graduated from the Law School of the Renmin University of China with a doctorate in law. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Law Department of the People's Public Security University of China. The main research directions are administrative law and police law.
