Fated Return

Fate is truly surreal. A high school student gets swept up in a storm and thrown into an unknown world. Is it a blessing or a curse? Should he remain hidden in plain sight, or seize this opportunity and resolutely fight his way upward? Should he submit to fate, or carve out a brilliant future of his own? The lives of superpowered people and ordinary folk intertwine; official and unofficial factions clash; nations feud with one another. Is all this ordained by fate, or is it humanity's own choice? The curtain has already risen. Who will take center stage?
