Goodbye, Architect! Workplace Turmoil

After three years of growth and hard work, Duan Ran has developed a solid ability to design proposals and coordinate with clients.

A restructuring at her organization leads to a reorganization and major personnel changes. As one of the employees, Duan Ran is inevitably affected.

Given her own limitations, Duan Ran must make one difficult choice after another as her industry changes amid shifting circumstances.

Some choices are right, some wrong; some are made out of necessity, others bring joy. There are tears, too, along with achievements.

Faced with the temptations and choices of the workplace, can Duan Ran, a relative novice with little experience of the outside world, make the right decisions?

More importantly, can she stay true to herself at work, recognize her shortcomings more clearly through repeated setbacks, and keep learning and improving?

Under these circumstances, Duan Ran returns to a relatively complex workplace and sets off again, ready to strive for success.
