The Wind Scattered Our Promises

I'd been with Lin Xin for seven years when she said she was bored and promptly found a man younger than me.

I didn't make a scene. I just tossed the engagement ring, dismantled the proposal setup, and left this place of heartbreak.

Lin Xin's friends all wondered how long it would take me to come crawling back to her this time.

After all, everyone thought I was the one who'd always fawned over her.

But this time, I never went back.

Lin Xin panicked and called me. "Xu Jin, if you don't come back soon, we're really breaking up."

A woman's voice answered with a soft laugh. "A Jin's in the shower. You can tell me whatever you need."
