Back to the Non-Mainstream Scene of the Shamate Era

Liu Dazhi, an aimless thirty-year-old, transmigrates through time and returns to the age of eighteen, young again. He reunites with three close friends who had been separated from him for years in another timeline, leads them in outsmarting the minor supervisor at an electronics factory, and pursues the girl of his dreams. Later, he rents a courtyard house and starts a business with his friends, helping and comforting others along the way, before finally reaching the pinnacle of life...

Who would ever take seriously the youth of those rural boys born in the 1980s and 1990s, who dropped out of school as teenagers to find work in big cities?

This story was inspired by the struggles of young dropouts from the 1980s and 1990s who went to the cities to work. It was a wild, beautiful era when everything changed at breakneck speed. It was a youth battered by torrential rain, and a love that would never be forgotten.
