If Lan Wangji had gone upstairs and drunk wine when flowers were tossed from the tower, and the two of them had a child, what would happen after Wei Wuxian was reborn sixteen years later? And where would the futures of their two children lead?
This story is not particularly friendly toward the Jin and Jiang families. Read with caution if that bothers you.
