As early as the Mechanical Age, when material was abundant, people thought they were unique, but they never thought that in the not-too-distant future, fear would come again, the poles would melt, seawater would flood the land again, steel would eventually break, technology would eventually be lost, and humans would once again return to the world. Return to the ocean, until the sea water recedes and a new land is born. The fish once again set foot on the land, exploring new technologies again and again. Until the heat death of the universe, in this new world, there is only endless darkness and suspicion. Everything will eventually fade away, and only variables will remain forever.
