The Rise of the Penguin in the DC Universe

If you were given 80 million dollars to send your best friend to Gotham to get beaten up by Batman, what would you choose?

Quick, tag your friend. Wait too long and they'll tag you first.

Where am I supposed to get 80 million dollars? And why is this cop pointing a gun at me? What do you mean my name is Oswald Cobblepot?!

I've transmigrated into the Penguin, and I even have a golden finger?

Fine, fine, so that's how we're doing this? Then no one's getting out of this alive. DC Universe, get ready to tremble. Your emperor has arrived!
