Detective Conan: Momiji Ooka Is My Fiancée

This will probably be more of a slice-of-life story. Feel free to share your thoughts, just don’t curse me out~(￣▽￣~)~ I’m happy to take suggestions, too. Dear readers, you can share your ideas as well, as long as they’re not too off-topic (๑Ő௰Ő๑)

Miyazawa Kaede looked sternly at the little girl before him and said, “Momiji, arranged marriages are a bad idea.” (｡ò ∀ ó｡)

Momiji Ooka stared blankly at him, sucking on her baby bottle, then answered the boy who was just as tall as she was: “Oh, okay. Big brother, can we go play now? (๑˙ー˙๑)”

Miyazawa Kaede helplessly took Momiji Ooka by the hand, and they went off together to play stacking blocks. (｢･ω･)｢ Hey!

More than ten years later

Miyazawa Kaede: “Momiji, Momiji, where are you? (❁´◡`❁)*✲ﾟ*”

Momiji Ooka: “In the training room.”

The training room

Momiji Ooka sat on the floor, listening to poetry as she practiced karuta.

When Miyazawa Kaede arrived, he sat down beside Momiji Ooka, pulled her into his arms, and buried his face in the nape of her neck.

Momiji Ooka stroked Miyazawa Kaede’s head and asked, “What’s wrong?”

Miyazawa Kaede: “I missed you.”

Momiji Ooka smiled. “I was only gone for a little while.”

Miyazawa Kaede: “I don’t care. Cuddle me.”

Miyazawa Kaede: “Ah, you smell so good (๑Ő௰Ő๑).”

Author: “I heard you didn’t want an arranged marriage when you were little?”

Miyazawa Kaede: “Did I? I don’t think so. Anyway, I’m going to find my Momiji.”
