Synopsis

This work "Mozi" was written by Mozi. The doctrine of Mohism had a great influence at that time, and it was called "Xianxue" together with Confucianism. He advocated "universal love" and "non-aggression", and put forward the political thought of "promoting the virtuous" and advocating unity. He advocated that everyone from the emperor, princes and princes to the leaders at all levels should "choose the most worthy people in the world" to serve; and the people should obey the emperor and achieve "the righteousness of the world". Everyone in the world should love each other and oppose wars in which the strong bullies the weak.

The book "Mozi" is very in-depth, and many of Mozi's views are unique, which has benefited me a lot. He advocated that people should cultivate their moral character and be consistent in their words and deeds, which reminded me of some of the views in The Analects of Confucius. I especially like the explanation of "the way of a gentleman" in the book, which makes me understand the principles of life. This book has also been a great inspiration to me as a new mother, making me pay more attention to my own cultivation and the education of my children. I think this is a good book worth reading again and again.

It's a very good book. If you read the first three chapters and practice them, you can basically live a good life and you won't make any big mistakes in your life.
