Although few people have read it, it is one of the few interesting apocalyptic stories. Unlike other apocalypse stories, which are purely zombie or environmental apocalypse, the apocalypse in this book is very novel and interesting.
The protagonist in the book is different from other protagonists in being cold and witty. He is smooth, like a real person, and very empathetic.
